At Seraphic Diamonds, we believe in a customer-friendly approach. If you aren’t satisfied with the design or quality of a piece of jewellery that you purchased from our store, we provide you with a 7 day return window from the date of your order delivery.
- Our return policy applies to all our products listed on the website and sold within India.
- 100% of the amount paid for the product will be refunded under our 15 day return policy.
- Seraphic Diamonds provides free shipping for any returns within 15 days of the order being delivered. A return shipping will be arranged after your request for return.

- Original Product Certificate (If Any)
- Warranty Card (If Any)
- Original/Copy of the Invoice
- The product should be bubble wrapped and secured from damage during transit
- Your refund will be initiated only after a quality check of the returned product is completed by our Quality Assurance Department. If your product shows any sign of wear, alteration or damage, the product will not be accepted under our Return Policy
- If the product returned was purchased using net banking, credit card or debit card, the amount will be refunded back to its original source. While, if the product returned was purchased using the cash on delivery facility, the payment of the refund amount will be made by way of online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account. The refund will be processed within 15 days of the receipt of the product.
- For products purchased using any promo codes, coupons or discount/sale, the refund amount in such a case will be the discounted product price at which the product was purchased.
