Lifetime Exchange Policy
- At Seraphic Diamonds, we offer a Lifetime Exchange/Buyback policy on our lab grown diamond jewellery where you can exchange your Seraphic jewellery for another jewellery from us for an amount equivalent to
- 100% of the prevailing gold market value and
- 80% of the prevailing value of lab grown diamonds of the same quality, studded in the jewellery
- If you have decided to buy a different piece of Seraphic jewellery in exchange for one already purchased from us, you will have to pay the difference between the price of the newly chosen product and the valuation of the old product before its dispatch.
- We do not do any monetary refunds if the new item is priced lesser than the exchange item, so you can choose an item of the same or a higher value in the exchange.
- The new order will be shipped to you after 21 business days and within 30 business days of receipt of the original product at our office.
- We require the recipient to furnish a valid government-issued phot identity card for verification purposes to the delivery agent at the time of delivery of the new order.
Buyback
- If you plan to return your Seraphic diamond jewellery to us, as per our existing Lifetime Exchange/Buyback policy you can claim
- 100% of the prevailing gold market value and
- 80% of the prevailing value of lab grown diamonds of the same quality, studded in the jewellery
- Your refund will be initiated only after a quality check is completed by our Quality Assurance department of the product shipped back.
- GST as per the prevailing rate shall be deducted from the buyback value before the payment of the product buyback.
- Payments shall be made only to the person/entity mentioned in the original invoice issued by Seraphic Diamonds and who is carrying a valid government-issued photo identity card and valid Original Product Certificate (If any).
- The payment for the buyback of the product shall be done via NEFT, or RTGS, in the name of the customer mentioned in the original invoice within 21 business days of receipt of the original product at our office.
Packaging and Shipment of products under the Lifetime Exchange/Buyback policy
- To avail the Lifetime Exchange/ Buyback policy, the product should be accompanied by
- Original Product
- Original Product Certificate (If Any)
- Warranty Card (If Any)
- Original/Copy of the Invoice
- Valid Government. Id Proof of the person making the Exchange/ Buyback Request.
- To ship the product under the Lifetime Exchange/ Buyback policy, the product should be packed safely in a box or a padded envelope and bubble wrapped so that it is secured from damage during transit.
- The product should be couriered back to us only through our shipping partners.
- Logistic fees will be borne by the customer for any exchange/buyback request.
General terms and conditions for Lifetime Exchange/Buyback policy
- Our Lifetime Exchange/ Buyback policy applies to all our products sold within India.
- The value of the product being returned for exchange/buyback will be determined only after a quality check is completed by our Quality Assurance department of the product shipped back. If your product shows any sign of alteration (not done by Seraphic Diamonds) or damage, it will not be accepted for exchange or buyback.
- Seraphic Diamonds has the right to decide the final price of the exchange/buyback product based on their inspection.
- If the product was originally bought at a discounted price, then an equivalent amount of the discount will be deducted from the new product valuation, under the Lifetime Exchange/Buyback policy.
- Making and certification charges (if any) shall be deducted during the new valuation of the product under the Lifetime Exchange/Buyback policy.
- Seraphic Diamonds has the right to decide the final price of the exchange/buyback product based on their inspection.
- In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate (if any) and invoice, then Lifetime Exchange/Buyback policy shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
